In February, McGuire was arrested and charged with “exposure of sexual organs” after he was seen in a public parking lot outside a mall in Dunedin, Florida, per Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.

“I’ve realized that I made a mistake having my pants down and doing what I was doing,” he said. “And if there’s any way I can really learn from it and hopefully no one’s harmed. … I am apologetic. And I know I shouldn’t have been doing this.”
According to TMZ, he pleaded nolo contendere to a reduced charge and only had to pay a fine and court costs.

In 2013, he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the first round of the 2013 MLB draft and was traded to Toronto in 2016. Curently, he plays for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Reese made his debut in 2018 and is ranked 20th on Major League Baseball’s 2020 Top 30 Blue Jays prospects list.
Talking about his education he attended d Kentwood High School and he played for the school’s baseball team.
