Craig Carton

Craig Carton is an American radio personality and the former co-host of ‘Boomer & Carton’ sports radio program on WFAN (AM).

The ‘Boomer and Carton’ host, Craig has created a huge buzz on social media for involving in a multi-millionaire scam and was alleged to run a Ponzi-like like ticket-selling scheme duping over $ 5 million from investors. It was believed that millions were used to cover the motor-mouthed co-hosts expensive gambling debts.

Recently, Mr. Carton was arrested by the FBI on September 6, 2017, in his house and he was sentenced to prison for a period of three and half years and is ordered to make restitution of $ 5 million.  He is charged under criminal charges of securities fraud, wire fraud, and conspiracy.

The ‘Boomer and Carton’ host had initially worked on the cable television show titled ‘Views from the Bridge’. Craig began his career at WGR Radio in Buffalo, NY in 1991 and later he moved to WWWE in Cleveland and 610-WIP Philadelphia. He also worked at other shows like ‘KBPT Radio’, ‘WNEW-FM’s sports his radio program and in ‘New Jersey 101.5’ he became a ‘Jersey Guy’.

In 2007, Mr. Carton became a co-host with Boomer Esiason at WFAN(AM) show ‘Boomer and Carton’ and the program reached #1 spot within a year and gained huge popularity. During December 2017, he also hosted ‘Hello My Name is Craig’s podcast and later returned to radio as host of ‘Carton and Friends’ on FANTASY sports network on March 2018.
