Who is White Mustang Mario Perez? Wiki, Biography, Age, Facts

Mario Perez, the Mustang’s driver, has been charged with two charges of reckless driving, each of which carries a maximum sentence of six years in jail. A school bus was rammed by a street racing vehicle in Albuquerque, New Mexico, causing seven students to be taken to hospitals, two of whom were badly injured.

When the automobile bangs into the bus, the camera shows 23 middle students speaking on their way home, some seated and some standing. The kids were seen flying from one side of the bus to the other as the vehicle rolled onto its sides in a video taken on February 23.

At about 5 p.m., the automobile driver, Mario Perez, 49, smashed into the passenger side of the bus while traveling at a speed of 110 mph. According to an APD news statement, Mario Perez, 49, was charged with two counts of grievous bodily injury by automobile, a third-degree felony, following the rollover incident.

According to a witness who talked to the police, Perez was reportedly driving a white Mustang at over 100 miles per hour in a race against a blue Mustang that fled the site of the accident.

Perez was also brought to the University of New Mexico Hospital for surgery on a broken femur. No evidence of drunkenness was identified by a DWI officer who was called to inspect him. The accident happened only hours after the APD unveiled a new Traffic Division pilot program to target and improve enforcement against speeding and racing drivers on municipal roadways.

Seven of the 23 passengers were transported to the hospital. According to KOAT, two people received major leg injuries, while another had a damaged pelvis.
