Shayanna Jenkins was born on May 29, 1989, and from Bristol, Connecticut, United States. She is popular as the fiancee of NFL star Aaron Hernandez, and the mother of his child.
Aaron Hernandez passed away on April 19, 2017, five days after Hernandez was acquitted of the 2012 Boston double homicide of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado, correction officers found Hernandez hanging by his bedsheets from his window in his cell at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Lancaster, Massachusetts.
Later, he was transported to UMass Memorial Hospital-Leominster, where he was pronounced dead at 4:07 am and had been smoking K2, a drug associated with psychosis, within 30 hours of his death.
Hernandez’s arrest, conviction, and death attracted a great deal of media attention, especially because of increasing concerns about CTE in athletes. His life was the focus of a 2018 Boston Globe Spotlight Team investigation and a podcast called “Gladiator: Aaron Hernandez & Football, Inc.”
Netflix announced a new documentary to be produced about Hernandez. Entitled The Killer Inside: Inside the Mind of Aaron Hernandez, it was released for streaming on January 15, 2020.
A new Netflix documentary, Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez, takes a closer look at Hernandez’s life and career, and their shocking unraveling. In three one-hour episodes, the series analyses many aspects of Hernandez’s undoing, and – in the words of director Geno McDermott and producer Terry Leonard – “examines the perfect storm of factors leading to the trial, conviction, and death of an athlete who seemingly had it all”.
Year after Aaron Hernandez’s death she’s in a relationship with another man named Dino Guilmette and also had another baby.
She even shared her baby bump on Instagram and wrote “Many of you have had speculated that I may be expecting another very accurate miracle, I wanted to take time and process and post when I was ready to. I wanted to have a moment for myself alone with my daughter … we are beyond excited about the new addition and chapter we will soon begin. Curently, she’s leading a happy life with her fiancee Dino Guilmette and she often shares her family picture on her Instagram. On September 8, 2019, she shared her family photo and captioned “Great night !.”
Who is Dino Guilmette? Dino Guilmette is self-employed and he graduated from the University of Rhode Island Feinstein Providence Campus with Masters of Business Administration in Finance in 2000.
On April 19, 2019, Shayanna Jenkins shared her late husband picture on the anniversary of Aaron’s suicide and wrote “Today we think of you with heavy hearts and positive memories! Although you aren’t here physically Avielle and I speak about you often and keep you in close spirit. The energy and personality Avielle has is you! They say it takes a village and that’s very true, I’ve had a great support group overall … however, I’d like to especially appreciate the men in Avielle’s life that have been the guidance she needs and more – she may not know it yet but you all have a huge impact on her life and Aaron wouldn’t want it any other way !!! She began dating Aaron Hernandez in 2007 and they had been friends since they were in elementary school and were high school sweethearts. In 2012, they welcomed their daughter and they became engaged in the same month.
In 2012, she discovered him cheating on her, Jenkins moved out. Also, Shayanna has spoken out about the news that emerged that Hernandez had sexual relationships with men. Hernandez’s brother D.J., mother Terri, and attorney George Leontire report that Hernandez came out as gay to his mother and ex-girlfriend while in prison.
