Mia Lauda is an Australian famous personality and a student who is best known as the daughter of Famous Australian former Formula One driver and Entrepreneur, Niki Lauda.

Niki Lauda’s Death Cause

The former F1 driver was recently passed away on May 20, 2019, at the age of 70 years. According to the Media reports, the three-time world champion was having complications following a lung transplant which might be the reason behind his death.

Eight months ago, Lauda started showing signs of his illness while he was on a vacation in Ibiza, but due to the illness, he flew back to Vienna for having treatment. As his health situation got worsened, doctors suggested to him that he will have to undergo a lung transplant. The treatment made him stay in the hospital for two months.

Unfortunately, the Formula One legend passed away on Monday and his death was later confirmed by his family. Following the death of Niki, his family put out the following statement: “We deep sadness in our hearts, we announce that our beloved Niki has peacefully passed away on Monday.

His unique Achievements as an athlete and Entrepreneur will remain unforgettable, his tireless zest for action, his straightforwardness, and his courage remain. A role model and a benchmark for all of us, he was also a loving and caring husband and he will be missed.”
